About Don Singleton - Atlanta Personal Injury Attorney

Don Singleton is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, now living in Big Canoe in north Georgia. Don is married and has two children. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1990. He has been a sole practitioner since 2000. Currently, Mr. Singleton is admitted to practice in all state trial courts as well as the Bars in the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Singleton received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in 1987 and earned his law degree from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, in 1990. He is a long standing member of the the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Singleton has attained Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards and is ranked as Very High to Preeminent within the legal community.

Mr. Singleton is an active member of his community and serves as a volunteer firefighter for Dawson County, Georgia. Don is NPQ1(Firefighter 1) certified and also is certified in Wildland Firefighting. Mr. Singleton is a former associate Municipal Court Judge for the City of Kennesaw, Georgia.
